Client stopped for expired registration. Client was under an FRA suspension, but was unaware. Client cited for Expired Registration and Driving Under a Financial Responsibility Act Suspension (DUS).
While the case was pending, client was able to get a valid license and clear the suspension. Negotiations with the prosecutor resulted in a conviction for No Operators License, with a $30 fine.
