Client failed the field sobriety tests, and said client couldn’t do them sober (never a good statement). Client attempted to take the breath test but the machine was not operating properly. Client submitted to a urine alcohol test and ultimately tested .194. Client was Cited with 2nd OVI within 6 years and Red Light violation. Client had a prior OVI conviction and a reduction 3 years earlier.
