Case 1235 Driving Under Suspension

Client was stopped for speeding. Client did not have a valid license and was also in the car with a person who had a Civil Protection Order against client. Client had 3 prior convictions for driving under suspension in the last 3 years. Client was cited with Driving Under Suspension, Seatbelt violation and also served a Complaint for violating the Civil Protection Order.

 

Negotiations with the prosecutor resulted in a conviction for violating the Civil Protection Order with the remainder of the charges dismissed. Client received a $100 fine.
