Client was stopped after officer observed the vehicle swerve to the left almost striking a parked car and swerve to the right into the parking lane. Client failed all sobriety tests. Client tested .175 on the breath alcohol test. Client cited for OVI, Super OVI and Driving on Wrong Side of the Road.
