Client was stopped for Left of Center violation. The client had very poor balance and admitted to drinking. Client smelled of alcohol. Client failed sobriety tests. Clint’s breath test was .253. Client was charged with 1st Super OVI, OVI and Left of Center.
Client attended a 3-day alcohol school prior to plea, and negotiations with the prosecutor resulted conviction for Low Tier OVI with credit for school, $375 fine, 1 year license suspension
