Five clients were cited for underage consumption at a late-night graduation celebration. The five clients were the only people present. Serval clients were concerned about a conviction as it would reflect on college applications. One client was concerned as it would affect his eligibiltiy to enter the armed forces. A term of probation is required fora conviction of underage consumption in this jurisdiction.
At issue was whether a search warrant was needed to enter the property. Negotiations with prosecuteor resulted all five clients pleasing to Disorderly Conduct with a $50 fine and no probation.
