Client was stopped for not having 2 working headlights. Client’s license was suspended for multiple reasons, including Felony OVIs. Client had several outstanding suspensions and had about 30 prior DUS convictions. Client cited for several Driving Under Suspensions and faced up to 6 months in jail.
Negotiations with the prosecutor resulted in client pleading to a 2 point Driving Under Suspension charge resulting in a $200 fine and no jail imposed.
