Client stopped for driving down the center of a narrow back country road. Client was under 21 years old. Client did not have a valid operators license. Officer smelled alcohol and client admitted to drinking a beer. Client did fairly well on field sobriety tests. Client tested .048 on breath alcohol test. Legal limit for people under 21 is .02. Client cited for OMVUAC (kiddie OVI), Underage Consumption, and No Operators License.

Negotiations with the prosecutor resulted in a conviction for No Operators License and Underage Consumption. OMVUAC was dismissed. Client received a $200 fine, 89 day license suspension and 36 hours of community service.
