Case 1239 Super OVI

Client was found in his wrecked car. Client was injured and unable to perform the field sobriety tests. Client tested over .17 on the alcohol test. Client was cited for Super OVI 2nd within 6 years and Failure to Control. Client had a previous conviction 4 years earlier. Client was facing a minimum of 20 days in jail.
