Case 1219 OVI

Client was stopped for 2 marked lanes violations. Client smelled of a strong odor of alcohol and had glassy bloodshot eyes with slurred speech. There was an open case of Bud Light on the front seat. Client failed the pen test and the one leg stand test. Client refused the walk and turn test. Client also failed the finger test, counting test, and alphabet test. Client was marked as refusing the breath test as he quit blowing once the level got up to .189. Client was cited for OVI and Marked Lanes. Client has a CDL. Client had reduction 2 years earlier and an OVI conviction outside of 6 years.
