Client passed the walk and turn test. Client tested .041 on the breath test. Client was 19 years old. Client was cited for Operating a Vehicle after Under Age Consumption (kiddie OVI) and No Headlights.
Client attended an under-age alcohol class prior to plea, and negotiations with the prosecutor resulted in conviction for Reasonable Control with a $150 fine, no license suspension. 2 points were assessed on the drivers license.
