Officers received an anonymous call of loud noise and party somewhere in the neighborhood. Officers went to rear of client’s property and found a group of people drinking on the porch, most of which were under age. Officers found 5 coolers and over 100 empty beer cans. Client charged with Under Age Consumption.
Client attended an alcohol class and negotiations with the prosecutor resulted in a conviction for Persistent Disorderly Conduct with a $50 fine.
