Client was charged with Underage Possession. Client could have potentially received a reduction, however client had a clean record and wanted nothing on it due to future college aspirations.
Client applied and was granted Intervention in Lieu of Conviction. Client had an assessment which indicated that client had no alcohol issues. If client did not receive and criminal convictions for 1 year, the charges would be dismissed.
