Client was indicted for Burglary, a felony of the 2nd degree, Theft, a felony of the 4th degree, and Theft, a felony of the 5th degree.  Client was accused of breaking into numerous cars and garages throughout the city.  Client faced time in prison.

Negotiations with the prosecutor resulted in convictions for Thefts of 4th and 5th degrees, with the 2nd degree Burglary dismissed.  Client received probation and a $250 fine.  Client was ordered to engage in alcohol counseling.
