Client was stopped for Marked Lanes. Client had a strong odor of alcohol, eyes were glassy and bloodshot, and described as thick tongued. Client had an open container in the car. Client also had a cooler and an open 12 pack of beer on the passenger seat. Client failed the field sobriety tests. Client admitted to drinking 6 or 7 beers. Client submitted to a portable breath test and tested .176. Client refused the regular breath test. Client was cited for OVI and Marked Lanes. Client had 3 prior OVI convictions.
